The Last Werewolf

20th May, 2011

Author: Peter Tennant

The Last Werewolf is the latest novel by Glen Duncan, who has been described by The Times as 'the cleverest literary horror merchant since Bram Stoker', which to me only suggests that either The Times reviewer has peculiar standards or is spectacularly ill informed about a genre he or she presumes to comment on.

That's not Glen Duncan's fault though, and what I've seen of his past work is pretty good.

The book's out in hardback from Canongate right now, and a paperback edition will be along in October just in time for Halloween.

There's a dedicated website (click on the first link) and later in the year The Real Tuesday Weld will be releasing a soundtrack (but click on the second link for a sample now), while Tandem Films have put together a rather impressive piece of animation.
