Lawrence Dagstine Releases March – April 2010:

If you enjoy extreme horror, own practically any kind of eReader, and thought Paul Cornell’s HUMAN NATURE was the most awesome Dr. Who story, but want something with a bit more horrific, chilling Civil War plot “twist”, then try my novelette, “A Town of Crows” in STEAMPUNK TALES #6. It’s official: The Scarecrows have invaded…

Steampunk Tales (earlier issues featuring Lawrence Dagstine; Digital Issue #2), for your iPHONE, iPAD, or AMAZON KINDLE:

And remember, I’ve got a LOT of Sam’s Dot Publishing periodicals due out this year, some novelettes, and some as Feature Author. One such magazine which appears to be going quickly at the Genre Mall (www.genremall.com), is the PREMIERE PRINT ISSUE of the latest Hard SF/Space Opera sensation. The Martian Wave Issue #1. With stunning artwork by Laura Givens! Edited by J. Alan Erwine. I have a “weird” sociological SF tale for the first issue. They’re going quick!

First, a couple of people can't seem to locate the AMAZON KINDLE version of Steampunk Tales #6. And my novelette would not be the only one, for those confused. There are 9 authors in all. 9 novelettes and serials. From the historical to the pulp to the Victorian to the weird. Here is that KINDLE link. And here is that line-up with novelette story titles.

Product Description:
Emulating the style of the pulp adventure magazines of the 1920s and '30s, Steampunk Tales contains first-run, original fiction written by an A+ list of award-winning authors. Issue 6 contains 9 stories, most running between 4,300 to 11,000 words, for an unbelievable price.

1. G. D. Falksen's An Unfortunate Engagement, Part 7
2. Three Things by Joe Goodson
3. A Town of Crows by Lawrence R. Dagstine
4. The Orgel Nightingale by Katherine Isham
5. Still Waters, Part 2 by Arkwright
6. Lonely Light, Part 1 by Karl Custer
7. The Trials of Professor Sinister; Extracts from the Traveling Diary of Matalaine Morningside, Part 1 by Larry C. Kay
8. Unbelieving Jaxx, Part 1 by John F. Montagne
9. Sideways, Part 3 by Andrew Singleton

Lawrence Dagstine
