Hey Pete,
Thanks for the cool review of Cone Zero! I hope this is referring to my contribution:

Quote:
longest and the best

from first word to last

If not then insert an embarrassed blush here---> ...........

BTW, you do know you've set a precedence now by doing this in haiku? When Cern Zoo comes out (which I'm in) you'll be expected to review it with Fibonacci Poems...

Best Bob :)

Curious Bob - you're the fifth writer to claim that haiku, and a sixth writer contacted me to point out that, actually, his story was only the second longest.

But yep, it's yours, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

As for the next one, I can't even spell Fibropt... Fibonou... Fiba... erm, what you said.

Oh can we make it around 11am? The older I get the more beauty sleep I need, before long I won't be getting out of bed at all... *sigh*

'Cone Zero' has been shortlisted for BFS Awards 2009:

'Cern Zoo' is imminent.

I've been writing real-time reviews of many books:

Cone Zero has been reviewed over at Sfcrowsnest and has had some nice things said about it. I particularly like this bit:-

Quote:
'Cone Zero Ultimatum' is a future where the AIs of future household appliances seek their own freedom in something resembling 'Watership Down'. It was only towards the end that I noticed the similarity. Most of the time, though, this story speeds along with some funny dialogue and funny AIs as they seek release from oppression from their flesh owners. The ending could have been sharper but its author shows great promise.
