Hi,
After I gave a successful reading/lecture on Edgar Allan Poe's 'The Masque of the Red Death' in October 2010, Lancaster's Litfest have invited me back to give another horror reading for their Lunchtime Classics series. I will be tackling H. P. Lovecraft's 'The Shadow Over Innsmouth' from 1 to 2pm on Friday 21st October. Full details can be found here:

It will be a reading combined with analysis and there will not be time for questions. However, I'll be in the bar for the rest of the afternoon, so if anyone would like to join me to talk about Lovecraft, horror or anything else then please do.
Litfest's a great organization that will lose a large portion of its funding in 2012, so I'm doing my best to raise awareness of their programme and to encourage more people to attend their excellent events. Please post on and link to the event's Facebook page:

Best,
David
