Came across this trawling a few forums, good way to nominate some SF:
In Summer 2009, Peter Lewin and Andrew Oldham will step down as Poetry and Fiction editor of Red Ink after 3 enjoyable years that have seen them go from a new small press e-magazine (and they tend to come and go in a blink of any eye) to a respected publication cited in acknowledgements at a number of UK poetry publishing houses. 9 issues later and they want to acknowledge UK voices in POETRY and FICTION, and to this end they are looking for the top 20 poets and top 10 fiction writers in the UK (any genre).
They are doing this with a twist though, rather than editors deciding, they're asking you, readers of fiction and poetry.

The only rules are that they must be resident or born in the UK, that they must be alive and that you cannot nominate yourself.
They will collect nominations until the early March 2009 when they will put all the names up in the Red Ink forum for voting on.
The top 20 poets will be then be published in a special Red Ink issue in Summer 2010 and the 10 Fiction Writers will be published in a special bumper Winter 2009 issue.
