Does anyone have any experience of using a site like Lulu.com for DIY publishing? Any tips or pitfalls you’d care to share? I’m seriously thinking about trying it out ...

I've had two book publishing experiences with Lulu. I found them nothing but professional and they were good experiences to have. The books they produce look good.

Thanks, both, that's very helpful. I must admit, looking at the Lulu site, it does look like rather an undertaking ... so many things to think about.
