I reviewed "The Haunted: A Social History of Ghosts" by Owen Davies back in Black Static #4 and found it absolutely fascinating, so good news that a paperback edition will be released by publishers Palgrave Macmillan on 20 September.

Davies has a new book out next year, "Ghosts: A Social History", weighing in at five volumes and 2000pp according to amazon:-

I hope they send us a review copy, as I don't think I'll be buying it at that price :lol:
