Released 27 November. Trailer here:-

Looks like it could be fun, and I honestly haven't seen a zombie dispatched by a falling piano before

Apparently it's out now, not in November.

The Odeon multiplex is sending out mixed messages:-

If you liked ‘Shaun of the Dead’ and ‘Lesbian Vampire Killers’, you’ll love ‘Zombieland’.

I liked "Shaun of the Dead", but I had more fun looking round at the audience than I did watching "LVK" :?

To see, or not to see?

Having seen the poster in Odeon, but not much else, I'd have to say that one of the actresses looks particularly bug-eyed...

And that's really not a helpful comparison. Shaun of the Dead and LVK were completely different. One was funny, original, and brilliant. One was not.

"LVK" has to be in contention for worst vampire film ever, and it's a very wide field

I think Twilight would argue with that statement Pete, but I get what you mean :P

I am in my happy place :D :D :D

Saw "Zombieland" today and it was excellent, a real fun movie, that just didn't take itself seriously. Good characters, with Woody Harrelson in fine form sending himself up, some inventive opening credits, pounding soundtrack, plenty of kickass zombie action, including a finale in an amusement park, and a great cameo by Bill Murray. Nothing we haven't seen before I guess, but they played around with it some and had themselves a ball, which shines through on the screen. I just loved it. And all in less than an hour and a half.

Wait until the credits are done for some more Murray :D
