Apologies if I didn't spot a (much) earlier notification here.

This thursday on Dave at 9pm, it says here, Series number 10 starts.

I'm a bit confused though, as I thought the last new one was in the 90s? The Radio Times says "three years on from the sprawling return to earth series..." ... last I remember they had gone to Earth, but that was in the 90s... so are they saying it's new to Dave?... that would make sense... guess I missed it first time out...

I feel like I've stepped out on stage and realised I've left my trousers in the dressing room!

Does anyone know what I'm talking about, please?

I prefer to keep colour instead of turning these into links (which have such dull colour!) so just copy and paste addresses to visit my art etc.

It's an all new series of six episodes filmed in front of a live audience. A couple of years ago Dave funded a min-series that was more of a pastiche that broke the fourth-wall so to speak. It was a little painful.

However, I have tentative hopes that this should be a return to form as it's scripted by Doug Naylor and being filmed live should help the timing.

OK cool, thanks for clearing that up guys. I'm feeling hopeful that some classic sfnal humour may arise!
