Pete,

All depends on what time your postie delivers.

It arrived here (SW France) around mid-day (local time) yesterday.

Just flicked through it, and I have to take (mild) issue with your review of 'Metropolis', though Tony.

Horses for courses and all, but for this viewer when comparing 'Blade Runner' and 'Metropolis' , well - both films look great - but I always find one of them so over-long, lethargically paced and lacking in genuine incident that it invariably sends me to sleep. And it's not 'Metropolis'. 8)

Feeling lucky again... My copy arrived in Edinburgh on Saturday. Haven't had a chance to dig in properly, but looking forward to it.

No. Pretty sure I also got it on Saturday, like Ilan.

The perfect formula for critical acclaim, surely?

Hello.

Interzone 232 will be the first issue that I have read. I have gotten into SF relativly recently after a friend gave some Alastair Reynolds books for christmas a few years back. Anyway, I just finished reading the "Shine" anthology and this has inspired me to check out Interzone.

Looking forward to recieving my copy. Not a subscriber yet but I probably will be soon.

Good for you Mr Biscuit. Can I ask where you got a copy of IZ 232? We like to keep track of stockists. Let us know what you think of it.

I ordered from newsstand.co.uk which was just about the only place I could find to buy a single issue (as I wanted to try an issue before subscribing) apart from buying a back issue directly I suppose.

Actually, they offer "custom" subscriptions and counted my order as a 1 issue subsription.

That's interesting. Thanks.
1 issue IZ £4.70 and BS £5.01 it seems.

Got my very first subscription issue yesterday -- most certainly a cause for celebration. Very cool cover.

I'm pleased to see there's another Tim Akers novel even though its not the follow-up to the previous one.
