Hey there!

Just trying to get some sort of an update on an order I've placed on the 4th of December. I've subscribed for 6 issues of Interzone, but haven't received a single magazine yet.

I live in Budapest (Hungary), but I've previously ordered a (1 issue) Crimefiction magazine, and got that in just 2 or 3 days, so I don't think my location's the problem.

I've sent an e-mail to info@ttapress.demon.co.uk a few days ago, but to no avail. Maybe the delay's simply because of the Christmas holidays, and I have nothing to worry about, but can you guys please advise?

Forwarding to "info@ttapress.demon.co.uk".

Can you please advise about the status of my order (ttapress-4885-20081204175941), and when I can expect the first of the 6 magazines I've ordered on the 4th of December? Judging by my previous experience dealing with TTA Press, I have full confidence that this matter will be resolved in a prompt and professional way.

Thank you in advance!

Kindest regards,
Max

Ah sorry Koobie I think Andy is away but around Dec 4th he was rushing to get Iz 220 ready for the printer. As Interzone is a bimonthly you missed the November mailing and so the next Interzone mailing will be January, maybe the 8th.
So your 6 issues will be all six 2009 issues.

If you want any of 2008's issues let us know and they will go with the January mailing. (and be subtracted from the later 2009 issues) Mailing around Christmas is always a worry as things do get lost in the vast increase in postal volume at that time.

Thanks for letting me know, Roy! It's all cool, I'm happy to know that the order wasn't "lost" somewhere in the deep bowels of Web 2.0. And I didn't realise Interzone was bi-monthly (I, due to my short attention span, assumed it was published monthly). I'll be checking my post in January then. Again, thanks for the heads up! Cheers!

Andy is so efficient.
So no worries Koobie and your subscription will finish with the issue 224.
Happy New Year
