My last New Scientist was six days late, which is cutting it fine for a weekly. Still, the snow is thawing - I wonder how the floods will affect deliveries?

Looks fantastic!
I don't seem to have gotten an Interzone in a while, though. )-:

That's because your subscription expired with issue 223 Suzanne. If you check your issues 222 and 223 you should see reminders on the inserts. Email me, of course, if you think I'm wrong!

IZ 226 plus an extra BS 14 arrived in my post today. No sign in the local newsagent yet though.

Arrived in Paris either today or yesterday--gorgeous looking. Hadn't thought colour would make quite such a shocking difference, but it does.

Arrived in Ohio and Alabama, USA. Not that I'm in both places, but I heard from family in Alabama that they received their copy.
BTW, I agree with Aliette about the color inside. Wow!

Obviously, too early to tell (as Rolf Harris used to say) "what it is yet" - but I hope artist WFC will produce a poster/print version of the combined piece...
Perhaps available exclusively to IZ subscribers?

Arrived here in SW France yesterday - perfect condition, as usual.
Good to see it back in colour. I was quite happy with it in Black & White but the colour really does make a difference - looks much "classier".
Just renewed my subscription for another 12 issues.

Good news for TTA on the subscription front DennisB, thanks. Do you ever see Interzone on sale in France? How about Analog or even the French SF magazine Galaxies?

Btw...
A week or so ago I asked Royal Mail about the length of time it's taking the magazines to arrive in some areas of the UK. The same seems to have happened to IZ226 as it did with BS14: some copies arrived much quicker than the seven days limit, but lots of others are taking much, much longer than they should. This mail's already post code sorted, remember, and each sack is sent straight to your nearest sorting office. But I can't shed any light unfortunately as Royal Mail haven't got back to me yet.

I'm not sure they will, Andy. All post has been awful, not just IZ/BS. The snow seemed to bugger up the post, but that's long since past, so I'm not sure what their excuse is now. Still, my Interzone is here, so I'm sorted for the next week

Roy: I have seen issues of Galaxies carried in the SF section of the FNAC, our big seller of electronics and books. Been a while since I checked out those particular shelves, though.

Arrived today =D
Artwork is stunning, I think the move to colour was a good one, although more for the reviews than the art. (I'm a sucker for monochrome.)
Looking forward to reading it.

To anyone looking for IZ226 in London's Forbidden Planet:
Despite what staff have recently told potential customers, their parcel of issue 226 was signed for by "Andy" on the 12th Jan.
I suppose it could've sold out very quickly. Distributor is trying to get some confirmation from somebody in the shop.
