Mine too has arrived, and to remind me I've hardly started reading Black Static yet!

Mine too, and I think the artwork is the best yet. Only thing I've read so far are the Thogisms, which were hilarious.

Good choice Ross, thanks. Did any particular item in that issue attract you?

Interested to read the Lavie Tidhar story as I loved his book from Angry Robot.

I have started a real-time review of #230 here:

Another post in praise of Nick Lowe's 'Mutant Popcorn' is probably redundant, but I'll do it anyway! As someone who's been reading Interzone since issue #63 (and don't I feel old now we're up to #230!) Nick's columns have always been informative, entertaining and above all very well written. Other reviews elsewhere I might end up skimming through (especially if it becomes quickly obvious that I'm never going to read/watch the item in question anyway), but Mutant Popcorn is always a must-read from beginning to end. The only other reviewer I felt this way about was John Clute, who sadly seems to have departed the pages of Interzone these days.

Thanks Nick, and here's hoping for many more 'Mutant Popcorn's to come.

I'd like some feedback some time on my real-time review. An amazing set of stories. Quite beyond the SF I'm used to. And apologies for offending anyone in drawing attention to the painting of the 'female part' described in the final story. But it all seemed to fit in.

Yes, yes... we'd all like some feedback on our own reviews, Des!
 :P

Arrived (SW France) today - completely unharmed.

Delivery time much improved over the previous few issues - which I must get around to finishing
