Nah, we only give productivity bonuses when people stop renewing their subs and the government promises a bail out to the tune of several gazillion.

And #27 has absolutely no impact on the leader board, though V. H. Leslie is now hovering just outside our top ten with three credits, while I see from the Story Acceptances part of the website that another piece from Daniel Kaysen is taxiing on the runway prior to appearing in a future issue.

I've just updated the full Black Static Index and have been compiling some figures for the other anal retentives among the readership.
Over 27 issues Black Static has published 150 stories and featured 91 writers. By gender 22 of those writers have been women and they have provided 38 of the stories.
In addition there were the Campaign for Real Fear contributions from #17 & #18, another 20 stories from 20 different writers, 13 of them female.
Overall then, 170 stories by 111 different writers, 35 of them female and providing 51 of the stories.
I'd convert some of this to percentages, but I need to go wash my hair.

Where does the Meloy/Pinborough collaboration fit in these stats Pete?
Ignoring that sort of question here are the percentages
5.6 stories per issue (not inc Real Fear)
6.3 stories per issue (plus Real Fear)
25% by women (not inc Real Fear)
30% by women ((plus Real Fear)
22 women of 91 authors is 24%
35 women of 111 authors is 32%
I'll use your figures on FB now.

We've had two female/male collaborations, the Pinborough/Meloy and Tuttle/Utley from back in #2. For simplicity sake I counted them as one of each, or two sets of two halves if you prefer

Tuttle/Utley do seem fated to collaborate but its a pity they are not Tutle/Uttle.

I can't help but wonder how those stats compare to submissions by men and women. Or women and men. Wo/men?

Just checked Story Acceptances, and there is another one by Carole Johnstone.
Ray, she's going to catch you...

I know, I know! Is pushing allowed? Of course not. Right, head down for a burst of speed...

Too late - I've already caught you, Ray

Yeah, we're at that 'keep looking sideways to check how level it is' stage. If we both lunge for Kaysen at the same time i'm sure our combined tackle will slow him down some. (Pete, I blame you entirely for this competitiveness.)

Carole, you're a Mountie?
DK also has a story in Acceptances, so I'm afraid he's put clear water between himself and all the other contenders. Sorry.
