BristolCon is a one-day convention organized by the Bristol Fantasy & SF Society, under the auspices of the BristolCon Foundation. We are currently applying for status as a registered charity.
The next BristolCon will take place on October 20th, 2012. It is our fourth event, and we have been growing steadily. In 2009 we did an afternoon. For 2010 we did a whole day and almost tripled our attendance. In 2011 we added two more streams of programming and grew by just under 50%. We are still thinking about becoming to a full weekend convention, but lots of people tell us that they like us as we are.
TTA probably won't be there as Fantasycon is less than 3 weeks before but don't let that stop you as other readers and authors will be attending.
