I don't think so - you only return them when you choose something else. Apart from that, they're indistinguishable from the other books in your Kindle library.

Six years back (Sept 2007) the 1st issue of Black Static was printed but problems with the print run delayed the launch. Hence Aug 2013 is an anniversary of sorts and we celebrate with an Amazon Kindle ebook of Black Static's very first issue. This is the .com link and this the .co.uk link

Here's another primeval Black Static, in E book format, of the magazine that went on to win back-to-back British Fantasy Awards in 2011 & 2012. Black Static Three, the famed David Gentry voodoo doll cover issue - from Jan 2008, has seven stories, including Carole Johnstone's TTA debut, plus Alexander Glass, Tony Richards, Matthew Holness - creator of Garth Marenghi, Ian R. Faulkner, Will McIntosh's extreme 'The Fantasy Jumper', and a second debutant; Seth Skorkowsky. The usual columns and features: comment from Christopher Fowler, Stephen Volk, Mike O'Driscoll. Peter Tennant's Case Note book review section begins with a Sarah Langan feature and then goes 'Down Among the Dead Men' with a zombie special with fifteen reviews of which 8 are books which don't focus on the undead. This is the amazon.com link but its also there on .co.uk etc. You can 'look inside' or borrow it.

Black Static 38 is now live on Amazon. This issue, from January this year, was dedicated to Joel Lane and featured Nicholas Royle's tribute. So it is late. Sorry about that.
