Moondust Memories brings together eleven of my personal favourites from my published science fiction. Ten of these stories have previously appeared in Kindle editions, while the eleventh (Survival Strategies) is the seed for my novel-in-progress.

Originally published in notable magazines and anthologies such as Postscripts, Nature Futures, Music for Another World and End of an Aeon, these innovative and imaginative short stories explore a wide variety of themes: from an alternative outcome to the Cold War to the reminiscences of an aging ex-astronaut; from flesh-crawling virtual reality simulations to monetised SETI dreaming. But without exception, their main focus is on ordinary people whose lives are changed by extraordinary events. If you crave intelligent, literate, thought-provoking science-fiction, then this collection is for you.

Moondust Memories contains 43000 words of science fiction, also my introduction to the collection, notes for each story, and biographical and bibliographical details.

Stories included in this collection:
- Moon Flu
- Slices of Life
- Touching Distance
- The English Dead
- Stars in Her Eyes
- String-driven Thing
- First and Third
- The Eye Patch Protocol
- Star in a Glass
- Dark, They Were, and Strange Inside
- Survival Strategies (new to Kindle)

My story The Impossibility Dissection appears in Strange Aeons 12. I know The Impossibility Dissection sounds like an episode of The Big Bang Theory but it's actually cosmic horror with a dash of black humour. http://www.strange-aeons.com/store_12.html

My short story, "Kodokushi", has been published in the new PostScripts anthology from PS (http://www.pspublishing.co.uk/postscrip ... 1847-p.asp). I believe it's been out for some time, but I've just received my contributors copy.

Having been unavailable for a while, the ebook of my debut novel Memory Seed is now available from Infinity Plus. This new edition has as an extra a couple of short stories published in anthologies many years ago: The Green Realm Below, and Granny.

Though Memory Seed is a standalone novel, Glass and Flowercrash thematically continue the scenario. They are also newly available from Infinity Plus.

Going back a bit, because I'm old and slow, really love the Steve Palmer book cover. Quite striking.
