Thanks for the feedback Paul.
Black Static 6 will be picked up by Royal Mail for delivery on Wednesday 13th August. Overseas copies will be picked up at about the same time, and will (at the time of writing) be sent via a different company. These overseas copies should arrive much quicker than usual. I will update on this, giving exact date of departure and expected delivery times.
Everybody in this issue hopes you enjoy it. Please feel free to leave comments, start arguments, etc on this thread.

Arrived in Norfolk today, and I'm delighted with the artery that goes with my story, so many thanks to Dave Gentry for his design efforts. As Paul said, Dave's artwork for Black Static has been outstanding.

Another very fine issue - really liked the Nina Allan and Paul Meloy stories, but the one that impressed me most was Simon Avery's 'The Better Part of You'. Alongside Daniel Kaysen's 'The Rising River' in issue 5, I think it's the best Black Static story so far.
Looking forward to Avery's contribution to Crimewave 10 ...

Received in sunny Somerset.
Thanks for the White Noise item: "Killers at the BFS Convention."
Just read Avery's 'The Better Part of You." Absolutely fucking beautiful. I'll save the other words for the review on Suite101.
Right -- back to it.
Colin

Colin Harvey's review on Suite 101, which concludes:
So that's the end of Black Static's first year; an issue with two good and three outstanding stories. TTA Press set the bar remarkably high with their first issue, but generally speaking have --astonishingly-- managed to raise it higher each time.

Now we need a volunteer
This begins to sound scripted but it wasn't honest.
